The Bay Hills Community is comprised of single family homes, townhouses and condominiums, and apartments including the following subdivisions:
The annual dues are $120.00 per household, payable January 1st, and cover the calendar year from January 1-December 31.
These dues pay for improvement, maintenance and landscaping of the Bay Hills common areas, recreation areas and entrance areas to the community. The dues also help support the community newsletter, The Beacon, as well as various social events.

Meetings & Board of Directors
Our annual meeting to approve the budget, vote for new board members, and discuss community business is held the second Wednesday in October at the Golf Club House on Bay Hills Drive. All members are urged to attend.
The board of Directors’ monthly meetings are usually held at 7:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday evening of the month at the Shore Acres Clubhouse, 974 Magothy Avenue. Please see announcements in The Bay Hills Beacon to verify time and location if you plan to attend a particular meeting. All members are welcome to attend.
Board of Directors
The board of directors are nominated and elected by members of the community. See contact info for current list and documents for procedural info. All members of the board are volunteers and receive no monetary compensation for their service. The board does sub-contract out certain services, such as landscaping, newsletter editing, and other duties as needed.
