Court Codes

Spring is here, if you would like to be on the Tennis Court/Basketball Court code email list, please click here and fill out the form. The courts are for members of The Bay Hills Community, which is comprised of single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums, and apartments including the following subdivisions:

• Pine Valley

• The Bluffs at Deep Creek

• St Andrew Hill

• Bay Hills Apartments

• Oakland Hills Apartments

If you do not live in one of these communities, you will not be provided the court code.

Skedda

If you would like to be guaranteed a time on the Tennis or Basketball courts, you can book time slots on Skedda. If you do not already have an account, please click here to register.

Court Happy Hours

Paige Skrickus is looking for a "court representative" for the following locations:

• Burning Tree Circle

• Mystic Lane

• Golf Circle

• Augusta Ct

• Tee Ct

• Golf Course Ct

• Any other court in Bay Hills not listed

She is looking for a court sponsor to speak with neighbors about a good evening for an outside happy hour. This would be a social event for neighbors of all ages to gather together and hang out! The estimated start time would be 5:30 to whenever and it would be a BYOB event.

Her plan is that this will become a monthly event starting in May and going through October. If you are interested in being a court representative, please send an email to social@bayhillsonline.com

Dates will be announced once they are determined.

Dumpsters

It’s time for some spring cleaning. Dumpster will be dropped-off at the Bay Hills playground on Friday, June 23 at 7:00 AM and will be picked up on Saturday, June 24 at 12:00 PM.

Please note that the following items are UNACCEPTABLE MATERIALS:

• Junk Automobiles

• Hazardous Waste

• Trailers

• Boats

• Gas & Propane Tanks

• Tires

• Tree Trunks/Logs

• Batteries

• Oil Drums or Tanks

• Paint

• Liquid Refrigerators/Air Conditioners/Freon Items

• Metal Items

• Cardboard, Paper, Plastic or Glass - all other recyclable materials.

Blue Angels

The “unofficial” kickoff to summer event!!

The Blue Angels arrive on Tuesday, May 23. They will circle the city and have a flight rehearsal from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and again at 2 p.m. over the Severn River.

The full flight demonstration is Wednesday, May 24 at 2 p.m. over the Severn River. There will also be a Flyover for the US Naval Academy Graduation on Friday, May 26 at 10:04 AM.

Pavilion Rentals

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party.

Victory Management, Inc is our new Property Management company. If you haven’t already done so, please go to their website and register for your web account. You will then be able to access our community’s current records and financial information. Victoria Burnett is our Property Manager.
