Kickin’ It in the Cul-de-sac

It’s summertime and we are kicking off our first Street Soiree! Our neighbors on Golf Course Court have invited the Bay Hills Community for a Kickoff to Summertime Happy Hour. The celebration will start at 5:30 PM. It’s BYOB and you are welcome to bring food to share. There will be bubbles, chalk, and cornhole. Please bring anything else you may have to contribute to the fun. For more information, check out the Facebook post on the Bay Hills Neighborhood Network page and we will See Ya in the Streets!

* We are looking for additional court sponsors for the next couple months. If your court would like to host a happy hour, please send an email to social@bayhillsonline.com

4th of July Bike Parade

Our community party planner is unable to attend our 2nd Annual, 4th of July Bike Parade. We are looking for a volunteer to run this year’s event. This would only be a one-time commitment. You would have help organizing the party but would need to run all day of logistics, i.e., rallying the troops, being the day of point of contact. If you are interested, please send an email to social@bayhillsonline.com

Dumpsters

It’s time for some spring cleaning. Dumpster will be dropped-off at the Bay Hills playground on Friday, June 23 at 7:00 AM and will be picked up on Saturday, June 24 at 12:00 PM.

Please note that the following items are UNACCEPTABLE MATERIALS:

• Junk Automobiles

• Hazardous Waste

• Trailers

• Boats

• Gas & Propane Tanks

• Tires

• Tree Trunks/Logs

• Batteries

• Oil Drums or Tanks

• Paint

• Liquid Refrigerators/Air Conditioners/Freon Items

• Metal Items

• Cardboard, Paper, Plastic or Glass - all other recyclable materials.

The Auxiliary of Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center (LHAAMC) is actively recruiting enthusiastic volunteers to join the Auxiliary.

Our Auxiliary Volunteers assist patients and staff in a variety of settings including clinical & support services, customer service/patient information, and staffing our Gift Shop. We also have an active handcrafters group. For more information, potential volunteers can call the Volunteer Placement Office, 443-481-5055.

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party.

• Congratulations to the Broadneck High School Boys Lacrosse team who had an Undefeated - Perfect Season! They took home their first State Championship Title in 26 years!
