American Flags

Thank you to all the neighbors who took part in showcasing American Flags over Memorial Day weekend. The sight of all the flags lining our streets truly symbolizes the unity and pride within our community. Your participation is greatly appreciated.

Community Yard Sale - THIS WEEKEND

Dumpster

It’s time for some spring cleaning. Dumpster will be dropped-off at the Bay Hills playground June 4-6th. This is ONLY for Bay Hills residents.

Please note that the following items are UNACCEPTABLE MATERIALS:

• Junk Automobiles

• Hazardous Waste

• Trailers

• Boats

• Gas & Propane Tanks

• Tires

• Tree Trunks/Logs

• Batteries

• Oil Drums or Tanks

• Paint

• Liquid Refrigerators/Air Conditioners/Freon Items

• Metal Items

• Cardboard, Paper, Plastic or Glass - all other recyclable materials.

4th of July Bike Parade

Pavilion Rentals

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party.

Victory Management, Inc is our new Property Management company. If you haven’t already done so, please go to their website and register for your web account. You will then be able to access our community’s current records and financial information. Victoria Burnett is our Property Manager. If you do not live in one of these communities, you will not be provided the court code.
