Happy July!! It has been a quiet, hot month! There is not much to report on, everyone is enjoying the long lazy days of summer! Below are some pictures from our last couple events! Enjoy the next couple of weeks…before we know it, the hustle and bustle of the school year will be upon us!

4th of July Bike Parade Pictures

A big thanks to Molly Fleenor for organizing the Bike Parade!! As you can see from the pictures below, it was a big success! Everyone enjoyed themselves. Also, thank you to all the participates and spectators - the parade could not happen without you!!

Pavilion Rentals

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party.

Victory Management, Inc.

Victory Management, Inc is our new Property Management company. If you haven’t already done so, please go to their website and register for your web account. You will then be able to access our community’s current records and financial information. Victoria Burnett is our Property Manager. *The courts are for members of The Bay Hills Community, which is comprised of single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums, and apartments including the following subdivisions:

• Pine Valley

• The Bluffs at Deep Creek

• St Andrew Hill

• Bay Hills Apartments

• Oakland Hills Apartments

If you do not live in one of these communities, you will not be provided the court code.
