Dumpsters

Be on the look out in the next couple of months for more information regarding the dumpsters. We will have ONE dumpster this year for ONE day only. It will be first come, first serve.

Please remember that large plastic items, large trash items and large bulk items can be picked up during trash week. Please click here for more information.

Pavilion Rentals

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party.

Victory Management, Inc is our new Property Management company. If you haven’t already done so, please go to their website and register for your web account. If you do not live in one of these communities, you will not be provided the court code.
