Happy Holidays Neighbors, I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving weekend and enjoyed celebrating with their families and friends. I can’t believe 2022 is coming to an end in about a month and Bay Hills has experienced another great year. With the pandemic behind us, our Social Coordinator, Paige Skrickus has planned several successful social events. Our neighborhood holiday party is planned for Wednesday, December 7 at O’Loughlins and Paige sent notice to residents. We’ve had a number of neighbors note the speed and amount of traffic on Bay Green and Bay Hills, particularly when buses are loading and unloading and when children are walking to and from the bus stops. Due to the increase in concern in traffic, the county is doing a study of the traffic patterns in our neighborhood. We are creating a traffic committee, which will review the data and results of the study, as well as identify solutions for the traffic issues. Please reach out to me if you would like to be part of this committee at president@bayhillsonline.com In the meantime, keep your driving habits in check by being aware of those around you and your speed, as you drive through the neighborhood. In a couple of months, you will see a change in our management company. We decided to move to Victory Management, which will see a change in payment options for annual dues. Look for notifications from Victory Management informing you of the details of the transition. Finally, due to this transition and working on getting an audit done prior to a developing a budget we moved our Annual Meeting to Tuesday January 3rd. We encourage all members to attend and put forth suggestions for members to the board to include in ballot. The Golf Course does not allow us to meet at their location any longer so we will have further information on this coming soon. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time with other concerns.
