4th of July Bike Parade

The Bay Hills community bike/scooter/golf cart/stroller/wagon parade will be on the 4th of July! Meet at Golf Circle at 10am, we will stroll around the small loop of Bay Green > Burning Tree > Augusta > Bay Green and then hang out together with Tasty Toucan popsicles. Red, white, and blue decorations and attire strongly encouraged!!

All kids and adults in the Bay Hills community are invited to attend, please spread the word to your neighbors!

Dumpster

Per a recent decision by the county, moving forward, each community will be allocated only ONE dumpster. In the event that you missed the opportunity to utilize the dumpster, you do have the option to arrange for a bulk item pickup via the services offered by Anne Arundel County. Or you are also allowed 3 large trash items per week. The items should be placed next to your trash container(s) on your collection day. Only three items at a time on your weekly collection day. Wood, lumber or building and construction materials are not collected curbside.

Pavilion Rentals

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party.

Victory Management, Inc.

Victory Management, Inc is our new Property Management company. If you haven’t already done so, please go to their website and register for your web account. You will then be able to access our community’s current records and financial information. Victoria Burnett is our Property Manager. *The courts are for members of The Bay Hills Community, which is comprised of single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums, and apartments including the following subdivisions:

  • St Andrew Hill

  • Bay Hills Apartments

  • Oakland Hills Apartments

If you do not live in one of these communities, you will not be provided the court code.
