As the festive season approaches, mark your calendar for the Bay Hills Holiday Party on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. Join us at O'Loughlin's Restaurant and Pub, where the merriment will begin at 7 PM and continue until 9 PM. We hope to have an evening filled with merriment and laughter. You must register as space is limited. We also ask if you can no longer attend, kindly email social@bayhillsonline.com so that someone on the waitlist can take your spot. It's that time of year again where fallen leaves are everywhere! However, it is important to remember that unless you have opted to pay for a leaf service, it is not appropriate to blow your leaves onto the street. Instead, take the time to gather them and dispose of them properly. In the spirit of maintaining a clean and tidy neighborhood, we kindly request that if you have hired a leaf service, ensure that your leaves are not left on the street for longer than 24 hours. Additionally, if you are expecting a delivery of mulch for your yard, please consider having it dumped in your driveway rather than in the street. Let's work together to keep our streets leaf-free and our neighborhood looking its best!

As we approach the much-awaited Holiday season, it's time to mark your calendars with events that are set to take place around town. Whether you're a music lover, a food enthusiast, or a culture enthusiast, there's something for everyone. SPCA Lights on the Bay: Starts, Sunday, November 19th Menorah Lighting: Thursday, December 7 at 5:00 pm. The Annapolis Town Center will light the first candle on the Menorah in celebration of the Hanukkah season. Eastport Yacht Club Lights Parade: Saturday, December 9th from 6-8:00 pm Midnight Madness: Thursday, December 7th & 14th from 4:00-Midnight. Downtown Annapolis

Moving forward, all association documents will be posted on the Victory Management website. You must create an account in order to view these documents. If you have not already set-up your account, at the bottom of this newsletter is the link and contact information for Victory Management . In addition to the association documents, the police traffic studies will be posted on the Victory Management site.

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party. Click here to see the pavilion calendar for availability.
