Letter from the President

A letter from our president, Ed Dawson, was recently emailed to the community. His letter addressed some complaints from neighbors about residents who have not been following our HOA by-laws. If you did not receive the email or haven’t had the chance to read the letter, please click here.

We love our Bay Hills Community and are striving to keep our neighborhood a well desired place to live. Please help us by following our HOA-by-laws that we have in place.

End of Summer Party

Save the date for Friday, September 8, 2023 at 5:00 PM for the End of Summer/Back to School Party. The party will be held at the Bay Hills pavilion. The Picante food truck will be there from 5-7 and there will be a bounce house for the kids. BYOB. Back to School

It’s that time of year that summer is coming to an end and the kids are heading back to school. Next week, we will start to see school buses buzzing through our neighborhood picking up and dropping off the kids in our community. If haven’t already checked out your child’s bus stop or start time, here are some helpful links you may want to check out:

Pavilion Rentals

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party.

Victory Management, Inc.

Victory Management, Inc is our new Property Management company. If you haven’t already done so, please go to their website and register for your web account. You will then be able to access our community’s current records and financial information. Victoria Burnett is our Property Manager. *The courts are for members of The Bay Hills Community, which is comprised of single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums, and apartments including the following subdivisions:

• Pine Valley

• The Bluffs at Deep Creek

• St Andrew Hill

• Bay Hills Apartments

• Oakland Hills Apartments

If you do not live in one of these communities, you will not be provided the court code.
