Board of Directors Call for Nominees

Victory Management sent out an email on August 30th regarding the Call of Nominees for the Annual Membership Meeting where the election of the Board of Directors will be held. There are two (2) board positions up for re-election, but there are three (3) positions opened. If you would like to run, you may nominate yourself or you may nominate another owner(s), after obtaining their permission.

You have until September 30, 2023 to submit nominations. If you missed the email and would like to make a submission, you may submit your nomination online at  https://victorymanagement.typeform.com/to/tsKWF1H1

Proposed 2024 Budget

Victory Management sent out an email to the community on September 22, 2023 regarding the 2024 Proposed Budget. There will be a meeting on October 23, 2023 at 6:30 PM on Zoom. Please refer to the email for additional details.

Community Documents

Moving forward, all association documents will be posted on the Victory Management website. You must create an account in order to view these documents. If you have not already set-up your account, at the bottom of this newsletter is the link and contact information for Victory Management .

In addition to the association documents, the police traffic studies will be posted on the Victory Management site.

Community Survey

A community survey was sent out via email on September 27, 2023. We are hoping our fellow neighbors will take the time to fill this out. The results will be published in the October newsletter.

Save the Date

A tentative date of December 6th has been reserved for the community Christmas Party. We will send out additional details as the date gets closer.

Pavilion Rentals

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party.

Victory Management, Inc.

Victory Management, Inc is our new Property Management company. If you haven’t already done so, please go to their website and register for your web account. You will then be able to access our community’s current records and financial information. Victoria Burnett is our Property Manager. *The courts are for members of The Bay Hills Community, which is comprised of single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums, and apartments including the following subdivisions:

• Bay Hills Apartments

• Oakland Hills Apartments

If you do not live in one of these communities, you will not be provided the court code.
