Welcome Called to order at 7:35 PM Minutes of Last Meeting Approval Approved Treasurer's Report Approved numbers Drop in number of people paying late dues. Prior years dues took in $27K - Efforts are working No bill for legal fees yet - Bob going to talk to Fran and sort out Reviewed the expenses for the last month. Dues payment update Move to approve the Treasurer's report. Approved. Communications/Social Replacement for Doug Advertise for this position. Any thoughts on who would be interested. Food truck schedule On the bay hills website and facebook page. Traffic Anyone have heard of Curb replacement? No one. Dave to call the County to find out. Capital Improvements/Long Range Planning Jeff Burkhart letter from Long Term planning Reviewed the letter to residents for the Long Term Planning Committee. Focus would be Entrance renovations, Tennis Count and Adjacent areas, Bay Hills Drive park, etc. Signage updating island refresh Property & Grounds 2021 vendor Planting at Basketball courts 12-14 plants and budgeted $500 3 larger trees to replace dead trees by the playground. Tree replacement Day?? April 10th or 17th to do some of the plantings. If you go over permission to do so. Recreation Basketball court & tennis courts needs for 2021 Becky would like to do the tennis team again and create a women’s team Get a couple more benches - price out and put to a vote Continuations in using the reservation calendar for the tennis courts. Corn Hole Tournament for the Spring New Business Community Garden presented by Logan Rice and Aiden Powell Donation Section and Community Section Field crop will be corn and potatoes for Donation Dave: Concerns on fertilizer and source of the water. Garden Plot layout for the community to grow gardens. No legal access to that lot - trespassing to get to the lot Need to do legal research for the golf course lot. Possibly use land behind basketball courts. Possible location behind playground and pool - Jeff suggestions Make this more of an education/beautification piece to teach families what are good plants to use in the area. Motions Approved to let them start plotting everything out.
