Around Town

As we approach the much-awaited Holiday season, it's time to mark your calendars with events that are set to take place around town. Whether you're a music lover, a food enthusiast, or a culture enthusiast, there's something for everyone.

• Annapolis Town Center Tree Lighting: Friday, November 17, from 7 pm – 8 pm

• Downtown Annapolis Tree Lighting: Sunday, November 26, starting at 4:00 pm

• SPCA Lights on the Bay: Starts, Sunday, November 19th

• Menorah Lighting: Thursday, December 7 at 5:00 pm. The Annapolis Town Center will light the first candle on the Menorah in celebration of the Hanukkah season.

• Eastport Yacht Club Lights Parade: Saturday, December 9th from 6-8:00 pm

• Midnight Madness: Thursday, December 7th & 14th from 4:00-Midnight. Downtown Annapolis

Save the Date

A tentative date of December 6th, has been reserved for the community Christmas Party. This will be a joyful occasion filled with festive cheer and spirited celebrations. So mark your calendars, spread the word, and get ready to indulge in the merriment and joy that awaits at the community Christmas Party on December 6th!

Community Documents

Moving forward, all association documents will be posted on the Victory Management website. You must create an account in order to view these documents. If you have not already set-up your account, at the bottom of this newsletter is the link and contact information for Victory Management .

In addition to the association documents, the police traffic studies will be posted on the Victory Management site.

Pavilion Rentals

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party.

Victory Management, Inc.

Victory Management, Inc is our new Property Management company. If you haven’t already done so, please go to their website and register for your web account. You will then be able to access our community’s current records and financial information. Victoria Burnett is our Property Manager. *The courts are for members of The Bay Hills Community, which is comprised of single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums, and apartments including the following subdivisions:

• St Andrew Hill

• Bay Hills Apartments

• Oakland Hills Apartments

If you do not live in one of these communities, you will not be provided the court code.
