Having major issues with our management company. Not providing what is needed to process as they are updating their systems to a web-based system. We are in discussions with them.
NOTE: would like a homeowner with a financial background (accountant, bookkeeper…) to step forward for the position of Treasurer. Was on Golf Course on Shore Acres. Capital Improvements/Long Range Planning · Grounds Maintenance · Volleyball Court? Property & Grounds. · Dumpster · Tennis & Basketball Courts Tennis Courts: Patched up the tennis courts, replaced rollers, ordered half umbrellas ($36/each on Amazon), People are asking about replacing the courts – needs in the next couple years. $40K to get replace. Adding pickle ball courts when replaced. Ed
looking into how to put in the lines ourselves for pickle ball. Trees
available to plant in the community by Basketball Courts. Ask Don for suggestions and what the tree species
are. Covenants & By-Laws · Where are we on this? Finalize and planning to present to community in October with a board review in September. Plan to having a townhall meeting with an open discussion on the by-laws. Trying to find a more current set of By-Laws. Ryan to see if he can get a copy of the Canterbury neighborhood. New Business & Old Business Landscaper with signs on Bay Green. Offer to advertise in Newsletter and remove the signs on the golf course.
