Bay Hills Neighbors - THANK YOU! I dropped this trunk-full of food and other supplies to the Anne Arundel County Food Bank. Our community contributed over 250 items this year!

SeeClickFix Phone App

Help keep our community and surrounding areas looking good! Simply download the SeeClickFix phone app and the next time you see a pothole, illegal dumping, sidewalk/curb damage or other problems, simply take a photo, add the location and submit. The request is then sent to local government agencies for resolution.

Adopting a portion of the new Trail

At our January board meeting, a community member asked us to consider the possibility of adopting a portion of the new trail that runs in front of the shopping center. We plan to investigate this proposal in the coming weeks and will share our findings.

Pavilion Rentals

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party.

Victory Management, Inc.

Victory Management, Inc is our new Property Management company. If you haven’t already done so, please go to their website and register for your web account. You will then be able to access our community’s current records and financial information. Victoria Burnett is our Property Manager. If you do not live in one of these communities, you will not be provided the court code.
