Community Dues of $175 are due by March 1, 2023, to Victory Management, Inc. Payment can be made on their website. Click “Our Communities” to register your web account and access our community’s current records and financial information. Victoria Burnett is our Property Manager. Please contact her with any questions, vickiburnett@victorymgt.com (With the cost of goods and services and maintenance going up considerably, the board has decided to increase community dues from $150 to $175. Our community has playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts and other areas in the community that homeowners do use, and they need to be maintained and improved from time to time. Property values have also gone up 17% over the past few years. That same increase would reflect an increase in our dues. In addition, ProCom, our current property management company was not doing their job with keeping up the standards we needed, and the cost incurred with switching to Victory Management, Inc. also went up. Please keep in mind that our community fees are considerably low compared to other communities with such amenities as ours.)
