Next Board Meeting: ANNUAL BOARD MEETING IS October 12th at 8pm at the Bay Hills Golf Club

A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT

Hello neighbors,

The September board meeting has been moved back to the 7th to allow more time to get our 2022 Budget and ballot in the mail on time. The Annual BHCA community meeting will be Tuesday October 12th, at the Bay Hills Golf Club. It will open at 7:30 and the meeting starts at 8 PM.

Two notes about this. The budget will basically be the same as last year. We continue to be in very healthy financial shape so there is no reason to consider changing the annual dues!! There was a large line item for updating landscaping around the pavilion that went unspent. Hopefully the new board will act on that in 2022.

Second, we are still looking for a new Treasurer immediately. Jeff Burkhart has graciously stepped in to help on a temporary basis, but we are looking for a longer term replacement. There are also 2 other open spots on the board if you are looking to volunteer for community service.

There will be an End of Summer Barbecue on Saturday September 18th. It should be a great evening. We have already had 100+ people sign up. Cost is $5 per person or $10 per family and you can SIGN UP HERE!

We are putting together dates for a Fall Tree planting and Fall Yard sale. Watch for dates coming soon..

Last and maybe most importantly as schools open please slow down and obviously stop for buses. We are out of practice on this and speeds seem to be rising. I have heard of two instances where cars have ended up on neighbor lawns.

END OF SUMMER PARTY!

Please join us for an End of Summer Party at the Bay Hills Community Pavilion on Saturday, Sept. 18th at 4pm.

We hope you can join us at our neighborhood End of Summer Party at the community pavilion near the swimming pool. Tiki to You will be there pouring drinks and playing the tunes. We will also have some fun activities set up for those that want to participate.

The Community Assoc. is footing most of the bill so tickets are just $5/person or $10/family and include food, beer, wine, margaritas, orange crushes and non-alcoholic beverages. Ticket sales will end a few days prior to the event so please purchase your tickets in advance so that we have an accurate count for the food. Thank you and see you there.

SANTA RUN

I know it’s miserably hot outside and the last thing you are thinking about is Christmas, but it's time to start planning for the annual Annapolis Santa Run.
