A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT

Hello neighbors,

We are preparing a 2022 budget for approval by the board next month at the September meeting and then community approval at the annual community meeting tentatively set for October 13th. Time and venue will be confirmed in the next couple of weeks. We do not expect too many changes in the budget from this fiscal year. We continue to be in strong financial shape.

There will be openings on the board this coming year starting in October. We are actively looking for a new treasurer. If you are all interested or could help out please contact me directly at president@bayhillsonline.com. Please note that these positions are also open to anyone living in the apartments or townhouses too.

We will also look into an end of season barbecue. More information will be coming soon once details are finalized.

END OF SUMMER PARTY!

Please join us for an End of Summer Party at the Bay Hills Community Pavilion on Saturday, Sept. 18th at 4pm.

We hope you can join us at our neighborhood End of Summer Party at the community pavilion near the swimming pool. Tiki to You will be there pouring drinks and playing the tunes. We will also have some fun activities set up for those that want to participate.

The Community Assoc. is footing most of the bill so tickets are just $5/person or $10/family and include food, beer, wine, margaritas, orange crushes and non-alcoholic beverages. Ticket sales will end a few days prior to the event so please purchase your tickets in advance so that we have an accurate count for the food. Thank you and see you there.

SANTA RUN

I know it’s miserably hot outside and the last thing you are thinking about is Christmas, but it's time to start planning for the annual Annapolis Santa Run.

So mark your calendars and save the date. Let's bring back the joy and smiles of this unique Annapolis tradition.
