Live Music in our Neighborhood!!!

Introducing live music at Bay Hills Golf Club! We invite you to come out and enjoy local favorite Nate Finn on Friday, October 4th, starting at 7:30 PM. If you have not yet had the pleasure of experiencing Nate's singing, you are truly missing out—he is simply amazing! In addition, you will also have the opportunity to see some of the exciting renovations the new owners have been implementing at the Golf Course. Among their many upgrades, they have constructed a new outdoor deck, which offers a fantastic setting to enjoy drinks while taking in the scenic views of the beautiful golf course and watching golfers in action. See below for reservation information. We hope to see you there!

Calling all Tennis Players!

We would like to invite all Tennis players to the courts on Saturday, September 14th (rain date: Sunday, September 15th) from 2 pm to 7 pm to enjoy an afternoon of social doubles tennis.  

We'll have a sign-up board where you can sign-up to play with others.  We expect it will be mostly doubles, but if play slows down, singles might be an option.  

Please bring your beverage of choice as well as chairs so that when you're not playing, you can spectate in comfort!  Snacks will be supplied, but additional snacks would be greatly appreciated!

This event is open to residents of Bay Hills and their invited guests - the more the merrier.  If we get a really big response we could start earlier, but for now we'll start at 2 pm.

All skill levels are welcome!  We'll balance teams to try and create more even matches, but it's really just an opportunity to hit some tennis balls and meet other tennis players!

Little Free Library Makeover

Our Little Free Library underwent an exciting transformation back in May, it’s now a Robin Egg Blue color and is larger in size to accommodate bigger books. If you haven't had the chance to see the updated library yet, be sure to pay it a visit soon!

Pavilion Rentals

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party.

Victory Management, Inc.

Victory Management, Inc is our new Property Management company. If you haven’t already done so, please go to their website and register for your web account. You will then be able to access our community’s current records and financial information. Victoria Burnett is our Property Manager. If you do not live in one of these communities, you will not be provided the court code.
