Good Neighbors Group's

8th Annual S(o)UPER BOWL FOOD DRIVE

As you prep for the Super Bowl on Feb. 9th, please check out the Good Neighbors Group's 8th Annual S(o)UPER BOWL FOOD DRIVE and donate if you can! This program, beginning Thursday, Feb. 6th before the Super Bowl weekend and culminating on Super Bowl Sunday, is a fun competition between local neighborhoods to collect as much food as they can to restock local pantries at a time when shelves are depleted after the winter holidays.

Items needed:

• Pancake Mix

• Syrup

• Ensure drink

• Canned meat

• Baby formula

• Peanut butter (in plastic jars)

• Rice

• Breakfast bars

• Dried fruit

• Jelly

• Canned tuna and chicken

• Canned soup

• Canned vegetables and fruits

• 100% fruit juice

• Spaghetti sauce

• Dry pasta

• Condiments (Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard)

Help keep our community and surrounding areas looking good! Simply download the SeeClickFix phone app and the next time you see a pothole, illegal dumping, sidewalk/curb damage or other problems, simply take a photo, add the location and submit. The request is then sent to local government agencies for resolution.

Adopting a portion of the new Trail

At our last board meeting, a community member asked us to consider the possibility of adopting a portion of the new trail that runs in front of the shopping center. We plan to investigate this proposal in the coming weeks and will share our findings.

Pavilion Rentals

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party.

Victory Management, Inc.

Victory Management, Inc is our new Property Management company. If you haven’t already done so, please go to their website and register for your web account. You will then be able to access our community’s current records and financial information. Victoria Burnett is our Property Manager.
