4th of July Bike Parade

Thank you Molly Fleenor for volunteering to take on our 2nd Annual 4th of July Bike Parade!! The parade will be on Tuesday, July 4th at 10:00 AM starting at 503 Golf Circle. Bikes, Scooters, Golf Carts, Strollers, Wagons or just your own two feet! Come out in your Red, White and Blue and feel free to decorate your bike! This event is for everyone!

Parade Route - A small loop which will include: Bay Green to Burning Tree to Augusta and back to Bay Green.

Firepit

We now have a community Firepit at the pavilion. This is for everyone to use. We ask that everyone please be careful and also respectful of the surrounding area/neighbors when using it. The firepit must be under constant supervision until the fire is extinguished and cannot be used under the pavilion.

• You must supply your own firewood.

Save the Date

We are looking at Friday, September 8th for the End of Summer Party. More details will follow.

Pavilion Rentals

The pavilion located next to the Bay Hills Swim club is available for private parties for a rental fee of $25.00. Please send an email to pavilion@bayhillsonline.com to reserve your party.

Victory Management, Inc.

Victory Management, Inc is our new Property Management company. If you haven’t already done so, please go to their website and register for your web account. You will then be able to access our community’s current records and financial information. Victoria Burnett is our Property Manager. *The courts are for members of The Bay Hills Community, which is comprised of single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums, and apartments including the following subdivisions:

• Pine Valley

• The Bluffs at Deep Creek

• St Andrew Hill

• Bay Hills Apartments

• Oakland Hills Apartments

If you do not live in one of these communities, you will not be provided the court code.
